Below is a list of private Mansfield, MA office and remote service offerings for individual or family group sessions. 45 minutes is required for most first-time sessions to allow enough time to ask questions without the session being rushed. Office or Zoom sessions may have a longer wait time however phone sessions may have more flexibility.

COMBO Medium and Life Path Session - This evidential session begins with mediumship, connecting you first to loved ones in spirit. They may bring messages of healing, offer guidance on your life, and answer your questions for closure and direction. Lauren then invites your higher self in to provide additional details about your health, relationships, finances, and more—illuminating your life path forward. Grief to Relief Medium Session - In this evidential session, Lauren connects with loved ones who have passed or those you wish to reach to confirm their identity and share details of their end-of-life experiences. She channels messages they wish to convey and answers questions you need for closure to facilitate healing, transforming grief into relief through the assurance that your loved ones exist in the afterlife. Reiki & Spiritual Messages Session - Drawing on traditional Japanese Reiki, Lauren works both hands-on and at a distance to clear blocked energy from your body while you remain fully clothed and at ease. Woven throughout the healing, she brings forward messages from your angels, higher self, or loved ones in spirit—what you most need to hear to release emotional and physical pain, process trauma, and find your way through to a restored connection to your spiritual self. End-of-Life & Connection Session - As a trained End-of-Life Doula and Endorsed Afterlife Medium, Lauren offers gentle spiritual support for those facing illness or planning ahead. She begins by listening to your concerns and questions about end-of-life matters. Drawing on her dual roles, she provides answers as both a doula and medium, helping you identify immediate priorities to focus on. Lauren offers spiritual guidance, no matter what religious background you may have, for your journey and what you want for your end-of-life experience. This session is for one person only. 45+ minutes for $300 for new clients or a first-time session. Phone Q&A Consultations are reserved for established for existing clients.

Group Family Medium Sessions - For family members who wish to connect to the same loved ones in spirit. 2 People - $600 for 60 Minutes, or 4+ people for starting at $1,000 and up for 75 Minutes. Who Are You Spiritual Path (Psychic) Session - After reading Lauren’s Who Are You? book, this session invites you to explore your identity as a Psychic, Medium, or Other Spiritual Worker. Attend a Medium Event or Class
Attend a Medium Event, class, or intimate workshop in Massachusetts or online with family and friends if a private session is not right for you. Tickets are less expensive than a private session; however, a reading is not guarenteed at a medium event. Visit the events page.

Our No-Refund, Rescheduling, and COVID Policies consist of:
- No Refund Policy - There are no refunds for cancellations, partial sessions, late arrivals, no-shows, or work performed/services rendered for any service, including End-of-Life, classes, or events. Should Lauren not feel connected to you or if you are dismissive, argumentative, or /not mentally ready to hear the information she provides, she has the right to end the session without a full or partial refund as she has reserved the time to speak to you. She cannot force information to come through if you resist receiving it, are dismissive, or if a loved one doesn't voluntarily come through. Booking or paying for a service for another person is strictly prohibited to ensure that all who seek Lauren's professional services have voluntarily agreed to do so by scheduling their own session and are emotionally and spiritually ready and prepared to listen to the information provided.
- No Refunds for Third Party Chat, Audio, or Phone Services - There are no refunds for instant third party chat, audio, or phone services provided by Pop Call, The Best Psychic Directory, Best American Psychics or more.
- Rescheduling of Private Sessions - Rescheduling sessions are allowed within 72 hours of the date/time of the service if you contact the office if you have an emergency or are sick at least 8 hours in advance if possible so she can move another client into your spot. Lauren has a right to change or cancel a service, including a private session, Doula service, class, or event, due to an unforeseen emergency, inclement weather, or illness. Her office will contact you by phone, text if you have a session, or email if you are an international client or are expected to attend an event with information on rescheduling options as soon as possible.
- COVID Policy—If you have flu-like or COVID symptoms, please do not attend a session with Lauren in her office or remotely. You will be asked to leave and reschedule. Please give as much notice as possible.
